Really has it's act together to help broaden prospects for entertainment.

Tried a factory reset, but now it's stuck on the remote pairing screen - nothing changes that. Tried to exchange/return it, but Best Buy's return window is smaller than other stores. Would've been great had it kept working.

If your remote doesn't have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons for 20 seconds.
