This is my first Roku stick. I previously purchased Amazon Fire products for streaming. So far I’ve been very happy with the Roku interface and features. Seems to be a very nice product!

I get “Not Connected” message periodically. I have to unplug and plug it back in. Other than that the product works good. I am not sure this is the Roku product’s fault or my Xfinity internet router’s issue

I really liked the Roku remote but my son liked the Apple TV so he installed it. I guess I have to get used to it

Bought this as a gift for my sister and she travels everywhere with it!

I found out the system goes a little crazy every once in a while and starts moving through the menus by itself. You have to unplug it and start over. Then it works great. This happened to both my units. But, it provides great reception.

Best change we made we are saving money while watching more channels than before .

Roku for all my streaming. I have satellite internet and only 4 channels on antennae so I need streaming to get most shows.

Replaced older Roku stick because dog chewed the remote. This one is good, but not perfect. It utilizes a higher screen resolution which is nice, but can't program the Roku to turn TV on and off. The older model could do that. I have to use TV's remote to turn on and off and control volume. Oddly, I have to turn the TV on and off twice to engage the Roku.
