Power Cycle Your Roku Player: Unplug the device from the power outlet, wait a moment, and then plug it back in. Walked into a nice clean Best Buy, asked where the Roku’s were and was led (not just pointed in a direction) to the area & the sales clerk advised me of my options. I payed and was out the door in . 5 minutes. No problems with my new Roku.
