I find remote overly simple, not operation per se, but limited options. I'd love a last channel viewed and slow motion option for viewing sports.

Locate the pairing button at the back of your remote and press and hold for at least 20 seconds. If your remote doesn't have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons for 20 seconds.
