I have had the Apple TV for years and it’s really good, and I’ve also had the fire stick and it’s really bad. Roku is excellent, and so many ways it’s so much easier To operate and get to your channels better. I found the Apple TV to be too much and this strikes at happy medium for me personally.

Works really well. This is the second one I've gotten for mother in law. It was an easy setup and was able to mirror the first Roku. She loves the voice remote. I have used multiple Rokus and I will continue to use them.

Excellent Streaming device. Just plug in and go. Paired very easily with my main TV remote so that I only need my remote to use with ease. Would highly recommend.

This was easy to install and use out of the box! The remote was a little glitchy for the first month or so, but has settled into its role and works well now. The voice function works great and the few ads that appear during most shows are short. I should have gotten Roku sooner :-)

Works perfectly! I am surprised at the ease of use and voice control is great. Also, my TV-watching world has greatly expanded! I had no idea how many free channels, news, and movies there are out there. Connected my Netflix account and got a cheaper subscription to HBO to watch my favorite show, Succession.

Purchased the Roku to replace an outdated receiver, couldn’t be any simpler, after registering the device, it plugged into our TV and we are watching Netflix again. Great purchase.

We have a number of these. I purchased this one for my son who has moved to Los Angeles and he left his old one at my father's home. Although we have Smart LG TVs and Fire sticks, Roku has an exclusive license with F1 TV. So if you want all that content without dealing with ESPN (which has less content) then you go with Roku.

Great for adding to a non smart HD TV for a lot more viewing. You can control your costs by using the apps that have free viewing or make your own choices of paying apps so they would match your viewing life style. I have used one on an old TV like a monitor on my porch when the old tv would not pick up local stations any more.

Easy to install, even easier to use, and more features than a Firestick, you can't go wrong! Allowed me to stream Youtube TV on an older model TV instad of having to buy a new TV, at a fraction of the cost.

I owned a Sharp/Roku tv so I had previous experience using Roku. I bought The Roku stick after buying a new smart tv. It is easy to use, the remote was basically the same as the Sharp/Roku Tv and similar to other streaming devices using apps. The Samuel Goldwyn channels are the main reason for the purchase.

Our long time cable company recently ended their excellent service so we were left with a cable provider we didnt like, satellite or streaming. We chose 3 Roku devices because of the viewing options and ease of adding additional aps. My biggest beef is that the selections of channels i love to watch are scattered across a huge number of aps and some arent available at all. We went with an additional service available thru the ROKU and other than having to punch dozens of buttons to gain access to stuff you want to view, it is the most inclusive of many things i have grown accustomed to over the last 20 yrs. Compared to our old cable, its labor intensive but it gets the job mostly done. Some neighbors have bought other sticks and now wish they'd have bought ROKU after seeing ours work and its options. I still miss cable.

Great product. I purchased it for my mother who is not savvy with technology and we tried other products but the Roku was the easiest for her. The installation steps were also very user friendly.

After fiddling endlessly to no avail with the Amazon stick I gave up and purchased the Roku. Main problem I was having was getting the Spectrum app, which is not available through the Amazon stick. Roku was awesome and now I am easily and quickly accessing what I want to watch.

Great option to paying Summit Broad Band $10/month for an additional Amino box. Once set up and programmed it delivers a nice sharp picture and access to many of the standard national channels we watch ie ABC, FOX, etc. Only disappointment is that the remote does not light up.

Great product! I have an older style Vizion that is past updates happening. I am a fan of Roku and am familiar with the button simplicity and functionality. My older tv operates like a speedy new one.

The Roku Streaming Stick is just what we needed. We lost our Wifi connection to the TV since we upgraded to 5G. Roku not only gives us the 5G capabilities, but also added so many great channels we didn't have before. The picture is even better with Roku. Great purchase!

Easy to install. Works great! Really nice picture and color! Stronger antenna that took care of my reception problem! Highly recommended!

Let me start off by saying how easy it was to set up, all I had to do was take it out of the box,connect the stick to the power cord,plug it into the TV, and then follow the instructions on the TV. I have a rather old tv and even though my tv is somewhat a "smart tv" it only has the apps Netflix and YouTube, not many options in my opinion. I like to watch a lot of different stuff and I was tired of having to use my laptop to watch anime or even just HBO Max. This stick gave me so many different options that I basically got a brand new tv for less than half the price! I would recommend this stick to anyone who wants an upgrade without paying an arm and a leg for a whole tv! 10/10 ❤️❤️

Its such a good device. The plus point is that it allows you to stream and mirror directly from any Apple device. Something that is lacking on many smart Tvs and on the chromecast.
