Good cheap television to buy, above average quality

Too bad they put volume/mute on the side. Gripping the device can change/mute the tv by mistake!

It takes a little getting used to ( I use to have cable),

Same great quality as my previous Roku device, except this is more current, the quality is great

I have owned 5 Rokus (2 express, 1 4k express+, 1 4k premiere, 1 4k stick) so far and for 4k streaming it is the worst I have owned. for hd streaming it is fine but for 4k somehow the video qualities look more like hd instead of 4k. I checked the network speed test in Roku it reports over 100mps but performs worse than my premiere (which reports only 10~20mps). I am planning to return 4k stick version and perhaps get another 4k express. I think the problem might lie in the fact that sticks needs to be inserted to the cdmi outlet of the tv and the position is fixed. but with other roku devices one can place the device in any location (as long as the wires are long enough to connect to the tv) and this flexibility gives better wifi reception and performance compared to this stick device.

I would recommend just going with the original box. The cord gets a funky and won't connect sometimes. Not sure if its just mine or a common theme.

Works well to stream most services. Only issue is the remote battery doesn't seem to last as long as it should.

The adds in the the user interface are really annoying and there is no way to get rid of them . definitely stay away from this device unless you are someone who who rents and buys most of their digital content as opposed to using streaming services like netflix because all roku devices require you to have a form of payment just to be able to use it and it feels like roku is bating people into making accidental purchases by mixing paid and free content together and not having a confirm purchase popup message before transactions.

Works well with older television. With good hdmi cable.

Love my Roku much better than the Amazon stick! Love it so much I purchased a second one for my living room!

Perfect for that extra tv you don’t want to keep paying the cable company for an extra box. Highly recommend!

Bought 2 of these on the Black Friday. They work great and have no issues. Swapped all my AppleTVs with Roku

We have three Roku devices. This is our second 4K Roku device, it works well with no issues. Easy to set up.

If I go external streaming device I vastly prefer the Apple TV and this purchase confirmed that for me. IMO no one can compete with Apple's ease of use and over all quality. Yes I realize the price difference if you can afford go Apple TV.

Not really a fan of this product due to there are times the screen goes black when I’m trying to watch a show and I have to turn it completely off in order for it to work.

So far so good. Works as it should, and having 5g makes it even better.
