    Functions very good and snappy. Only issue was the request for credit card info. But besides that an excellent product.

    Basically a good product but it is hard to work around the Roku platform. Apple TV is much friendlier but pricier.

    better instructions, access to customer service. lots to learn about this product to use it. when the compitishion comes along, they will eat their lunch !!!!

    Not all it’s cracked up to be. Can’t get much local. Some things cost money. Actually for $50 it is pretty much useless.

    I like it and have others. However, the remote could be larger with the control buttons spaced further apart and easier to operate.

    I recommend a different unit for a high TV as the stick gets warm and shuts down. The other units do not.

    i dislike theres back button on remote for previous ch..using spectrum app. cant find my series rec in cloud either..but it is a rather good device.

    The service is fine to make an older TV a smart TV, but my rating is lower due to the minimal abilities of the remote.

    this devise is better than the remote we received with the TV, but it is way to small for convenient use

    Directions for setup by novices are very poorly written. Also decided not to use it based on how it works. I will not be paying subscription prices for multiple sites.

    Bought this mainly so I could watch a free trial of AppleTV+ and it works fine for that. And I wanted the stick version so I didn't have another piece of equipment cluttering the area in front of the TV. However, the stick does not stay secure in the USB slot and I have to constantly adjust it and sometimes re-install the Roku system. Luckily it is a 3 month trial for the streaming service and will toss the Roku after that. I do have another Roku system with the box in the bedroom and it works fine. I just don't recommend the stick version.

    I like the stick but for some reason it keeps freezing and I either have to reboot it or unplug it, that’s annoying.. other than that I have no complaints

    I tried it on my tv didn’t work don’t know why maybe my tv brand not one that can work with the remote.

    It's ok not as fast streaming as my new Sony 55 tv,bought due to get spectrum ap to work through Roku stick.

    After 11 months, the device started freezing and would not respond to the commands on the remote.

      Hi Beverly, thanks for sharing with us. It is advisable to consider the Wi-Fi connection as a potential cause. To resolve this, we recommend unplugging your Wi-Fi router for a minimum of 60 seconds. In addition, perform a system restart on your Roku device by navigating to Home>Settings>System>System Restart.     We have roku devices on all our TV's and this rechargeable remote is a fantastic addition to our main tv setup. I will probably add more late to save batteries but very pleased so far. It easily holds its charge for weeks at our house. Great product. Highly Recommend
