The salesman I worked with did not seem to know what he was talking about. I tried to explain that I wanted to get full 4 g streaming, but the item he sold me will not give me hdr dolby. I was hoping to have this straightened up at a Geek squad meeting that I had set up while I was at the store, but that turned out to be a no show- which as it turns out, I was apparently billed for. I have spent several thousand dollars at you store over the last couple years and am becoming upset with the recent service.

I spent hours and a truck load of batteries keeping the first over-heating unit running. This one? Fails to pair out of the box. You can do better.

Now it randomly loses connection to Wifi even though the router is less than 2 feet away. It seems others are also having the same problem. It is most likely restricted to this specific model. Long time Roku user and very disappointed.
