    Remote failed, ROKU support was frustrating

    I have liked ROKU over the years, but our remote kept losing pairing with the TV for power on/off and volume control. I was very painful dealing with ROKU. Their only support way was chat. I have asked for a new remote to be sent to me and they said they would have to take 24 to 48 hours to confirm. So frustrating that you can't talk to a real person

    Remote controller doesn’t work with the device and having hard times with connecting to internet It just freezes the tv screen I just threw it in trash

    Useless ROKU Stick 4K

    Actually 0 stars is closer. Direct wi-fi between the remote and the stick knocks out the video wi-fi signal, making this ROKU stick useless. It took a while and a wi-fi analyzer to discover the source of the problem, which was the ROKU stick and its remote. The fix was a ROKU and remote that communicate via an IR signal. Too bad I can't return it and can only throw it in electronic recycle.

    Need to Exchange

    We need to exchange this. It will not stay connected. We have to wiggle the electric cord or wiggle the USB and it will come on. However, when we go back to TV or turn the set off.....then check the next time, it will be disconnected. We are having to get up and go wiggle cords or connections to get it to come on EACH AND EVERY TIME that we use it. This cannot be normal. When it connects and works, it's great. It just won't stay connected.

    Roku 4K device Fails Completely after 17 Days

    I purchased this item on July 2, 2023. It stopped working today and Best Buy said they only have a 15 day return so I have to contact Roku. That is also a disaster. You can't call them. Everything is done through email. This is my second one to fail. I have never had any issues with the Firestick.

    Item defective after 15 days literally a day after the return period ended. Wi-Fi disconnects constantly and the remote won’t work unless I reset the Roku. Buy a fire stick instead
