The short cuts are inconvenient because you can accidentally chang channels. Everyone hates these shortcuts but Roku is paid for this inconvenience and will not remove them. Roku also tracks what you are viewing,

It only stayed on if I held it in a certain position. Returned it immediately. Roku sells cheap crap. You get what you pay for.
