Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I travel for work and this keeps me occupied with all the streaming apps i have accts for at the various hotels i stay in, confirguring the wifi is super simple ... definitely worth the buy. It automatically detects the aspect ratio and the overall sound and picture is very clear. The firestick is a good choice too but Roku has more when it comes to apps and the user friendly platform

Absolutely Amazing

Dump the built in streaming apps and laggy streaming sticks for this. I have purchased several of these and have had nothing but an excellent experience. Device is fast, snappy and responsive. Menu is also simple enough for my older family members to use it without getting overwhelmed, I can’t say the same for Fire TV with their ever growing bloated home screen. Obviously can’t match devices like the Apple TV 4K and Nvidia Shield Pro but it’s definitely the best in its price range. My only gripe is that you can’t disable to single Ad that Roku has on screen.

Great Picture Quality

The improved picture quality on my Sony Bravia tv was definitely noticeable. It would have probably been worth the upgrade even if my old one hadn't failed.
