Once I got this thing set up, it works great. There are no written instructions that come with the unit beyond follow the instruction on the screen. If you can't get to the screen, you are screwed In setting up, I found Roku provides no tech support where you can talk to a real human. And Best Buy support is a referral to a pay for service website. So if you are looking for help, don't count on Roku or Best Buy. If you sign in to Roku, there are a few trouble shooting suggestions but the range of topics is very limited. It is a great device, just good luck on set up. My problem was in getting the device paired with the TV. I found the procedure on the Roku website support.

Awesome new version of Roku! It was easy to install with the instructions and it worked immediately with no delays. There are lots of options.

This is such a great little device, I have an old TV in my bedroom that is. It hooked up to cable and most apps aren’t compatible, but with Roku I can enjoy live TV and most apps. I am very happy with my purchase

Easy to connect. Had to add the login of all of our streaming services, but tat was easy. This was on a bonus room tv, not on our surround sound tv which I am afraid to connect.

We recently ‘cut’ the cable tv cord. After researching other devices and talking to friends and family, we purchased the Roku. It has been a really great product. Easy to install and easy to use. Highly recommend!

Roku streaming devices are great. They’re easy to install, operate and it has voice control. Just plug it in to a HDMI socket and a wall outlet. I have 5 of them and just bought this one for my son’s Birthday.

This was purchased for my Mom, who sometimes has trouble with her smart tv. It helped tremendously. Easy menu to access, all the apps load instantly (paramount plus will not open on her normal tv.) Very happy with this purchase!

Roku is the best smart TV in my mind, easy-to-use, setup, comes with a lot of options. Highly recommend over all other brands...HAVE SIX IN DIFFERENT SIZES ALL ARE VANTASTIC.....dac/DM.

We have three Roku Streaming Sticks in our house. They work great with our Spectrum Internet and are very easy to install - I did it myself!

Impressed how well the Roku sticks performance works on our rooftop TV. Wifi AP is a floor below, but we have zero degradation in picture or sound. A must if you have an older set that requires connectivity.

Works excellent and remote works seamlessly with my TV. I actually have this plugged into a Sony Smart TV that was having trouble picking up Wi-Fi and this works much better the Wi-Fi range is great

I love the Roku and us it in two other rooms in our house. Love the ease of use and the fact that you can have all your apps listed compared to Google Chromecast which only lets you select your top few apps to be listed at a time.

This item will pay for itself in a matter of 4 months traded in a cable box that was costing me $12 a month. Absolutely love the device and I will be purchasing three more one for the daughter one for granddaughter one for grandson
