Had a kindle fire stick in the garage but it was always having remote and connectivity issues. When the remote stopped working I gave up messing with it and bought this. Love this thing. It takes up less space than the fire stick and have had no connectivity or remote issues. Works perfectly every time.

This has been great! We dropped our satellite service that we had since 2004 since it was expensive and we paid for so many programs that we didn’t want. Roku has been economical and opened the doors to streaming for so much less! We are very happy with it.

I i got this to unplug the cable boxes and lower cost. This was easy to set up and integrated easily with Spectrum. It was a great purchase.

This item has worked great. I used to use my Xbox for streaming, but now use the Roku remote to seamlessly utilize all my streaming apps. Would recommend to all.

This is my 2nd Roku Streaming Stick I have purchased, and this one is wonderful...so easy to set up and very user-friendly. The quality is superb, and the voice remote is a plus!

Roku is the best smart TV in my mind, easy-to-use, setup, comes with a lot of options. Highly recommend over all other brands...HAVE SIX IN DIFFERENT SIZES ALL ARE VANTASTIC.....dac/DM.

Easy to install! Works perfectly. The associate at Best Buy showed me the different options and explained how they worked. The simple installation process was the game changer for my choice.

Easy to connect. Had to add the login of all of our streaming services, but tat was easy. This was on a bonus room tv, not on our surround sound tv which I am afraid to connect.

I contacted Roku Support about my Roku Streaming Stick 4K (Model 3820R2), purchased Feb 8, 2026 from Best Buy Marketplace (sold & shipped by Global Cellutions Distributors Inc). The device failed on June 27, 2026. I asked how to get it replaced. Roku Support Bot: Since the device was purchased from Best Buy Marketplace, you must refer to Best Buy’s return policy. Roku’s limited warranty applies only to devices purchased directly from Roku. The bot offered to connect me to an advisor. Advisor Janella: Reviewed my account. I asked if she could see the conversation and explained I was stuck in a catch‑22. She confirmed the purchase date and failure date, then disconnected due to inactivity. I reconnected and asked to be connected again. Advisor Clowie: Reviewed my account and acknowledged the device was defective. Asked what issue I encountered. I explained the stick stopped connecting to the TV, and I spent 4 hours troubleshooting. I’m a software engineer and did extensive diagnostics. It was not an internet issue; other devices worked fine. Clowie repeatedly asked whether the TV or internet was the issue. I clarified multiple times: the stick will not connect to the TV. I asked to be connected to a person if this wasn’t enough info. She asked again about internet setup errors. I said I was done troubleshooting and only wanted a replacement. She confirmed I wanted a replacement and said she could request one. She then transferred me to a specialist. Specialist Patrick: I explained the customer experience had been terrible and that Roku was spending more effort avoiding a replacement than sending one. Patrick asked again whether the device connected to Wi‑Fi or disconnected. I said I thought I was being routed to a specialist for replacement and did not want more troubleshooting.

Did away with the cable tv, this device works very well. There are plenty of different channels to view show's Easy to use and less than paying for cable. My only issue is where they placed the volume control, my finger bumps is when using the remote.

I was tired of watching baseball games on my iPad so I did some research and decided to go for this Roku Streaming Stick. I'm glad I did because it was super easy to set up, and works great for my situation. The setup is very simple and there are good instructions the whole way through.

Easy to install. Works like a charm. Even my wife learned quickly. The cost was very reasonable. I got it to "cut the cord". Best decision we could have made.

This is my 4th Roku streaming device. I love it so much, I have one on all of my TVs. I even purchased one for my TV at my office. It has almost everything I need (no internet browsing), and lots I didn't even know I wanted like the free Roku channels!
