I owned a Sharp/Roku tv so I had previous experience using Roku. I bought The Roku stick after buying a new smart tv. It is easy to use, the remote was basically the same as the Sharp/Roku Tv and similar to other streaming devices using apps. The Samuel Goldwyn channels are the main reason for the purchase.

The Roku was easy to set up and the buttons are easily findable in the dark. I really like having the volume buttons on the side of the remote and having the same remote at our different TVs.

Plugged this into a non-Smart TV and worked like a charm. Was able to setup all of our current accounts from our other Smart TV's and everything worked as expected.

Easy to hook up. Just need an antenna for local channels. Lots of free channels with mostly older movies. Then you can subscribe and pay for only the channels you want.

Device was very easy to set up, and streaming quality is excellent. It was a little cumbersome to navigate between channels the first few times we used it, but that's a small price to pay for being able to lower our monthly cable costs.

My picture is clearer. Great value. Only complaint is the remote is cheaply made and thr functions sometimes dont work. I have to hit the remote with m hand or take out tthe batteries fir it to work. Pleasmade a more quality remote!

Works well with existing subscriptions like Xfinmity, Paramount+, Amazon prime and more. Seamlessly connects to TV and replaces remote. Very pleased. Bought three marine to drop all my xfinity boxes sanding $10 / month each for rent of those

Easy to setup and search for apps. Once apps are setup, search feature will search all apps to find what you're wanting to watch. No vpn though.

Exactly what our family needed for movie night… makes choosing apps / streaming services much easier for everyone - including our 4 year old

Easy set-up and user friendly. Signal strength is strong. We live in a Victorian house with thick walls. We are using this Roku in the room the furthest away from the router.

Easy to use! Functional design for ease in program selection, volume control, and pausing/reviewing/fast forwarding. It’s my second one for the bedroom TV.

Much faster than previous Roku streaming devices we've had (our 4th or 5th one). Range is good - Use it in 2nd floor bedroom with router in basement.

I own two of these and have given it as gifts to three family members. I travel for work and pleasure and it is great to plug into the TV and watch my shows. Was at my sister's remote cabin and plugged it into the HDMI port on a project to watch shows. LOVE IT

Great device for non smart TV. Easy set up with all the streaming apps available. Not all are pre loaded, just need to download and setup on home page. Remote works for tv on/off, volume and power.

I added a new master suite and the cable line wasn’t working, so i purchased the Roku and it works great. Thinking about getting rid of all the cable boxes!

Even with having a 'smart TV' ..... I have used the ROKU stick. I find I get better, quicker responses. This is my second one for the same TV --with the last one being over 8 years old, and it did not want to 'update' anymore. Good value for price paid.
