We are slowly breaking away from some cable services & had already been using Roku on a tv in our house and bought on sale.

I thought it would take awhile, but it was quick. I have another roku tv in my house si O did not have to input most of the passwords for my apps.

This one has a better menu and easier to navigate. They only downside is that the screen turns off automatically when you turn off the TV. This was not the case in the older version.

Excellent colors and sound (with a good sound bar) compared to my older Roku. At $20, cant go wrong. Took 1 star away because placement of the connected WiFi brick is a bit touchy. Can get some buffering if not optimized. It's only 25 feet from my router, with no obstructions.
