This is the first time I utilized a Roku and I will never use a fire stick. I love my Roku device and all the channels it offers for streaming. The Roku turned my television into a smart TV

Overall easy to use-plug and go. Still learning navigation -would like an easy way to make my streaming service the primary starting point. Occasionally the screen freezes and there is no voice but to unplug the device to start over.

Great for making a regular TV a smart TV. The reason I bought it was because my “smart” TV was missing several apps like DIRECTV Stream and HBO Max. Works great and easy to set up.

I like Roku. This is my 3rd one, 3 tv's, one on each tv. If you want to cut the cable, ROKU is a good substitute. I like it

This Roku is pretty cool! We use it daily. The picture and sound quality is amazing!

Works great same as my old Roku remote like if it never was changed

Has all the streaming apps I could ever want and also neatly plugs directly into my TVs HDMI and USB ports to make it clutter free. The voice remote is also amazing at recognizing what I'm saying.

We have a smart TV but streaming on it was awful. We kept loosing the signal and having to switch back and forth on channels. The Roku streaming stick solved our problems and streaming is awesome now.

I purchased this item about three weeks ago, and to date the unit has operated as expected. Setup went without a hitch, and the feel and response of the actual control unit is good. I haven't delved into any of the more advanced features of the device, but to date I have been very happy with the unit's features and performance.

We have about 5 is these and ditched the Apple device. So much easier to use.

I recently "cut the cord" on cable, purchased the Roku Strick to be able to view Hulu and Disney subscriptions. Very happy with it, actually have a better picture than I did with Comcast!

After paying enormous cable bills which were continuing to escalate every 6 months, and channels deleted, Roku allowed us to enjoy our television at a third of the price.

This Roku is an inexpensive and effective device for streaming content. The feature of voice remote and not having to point at the infrared is nice

The ROKU stick was easy to install. It makes it very easy to get channels that I couldn't get with an antenna.

Love my Roku Streaming Stick 4K. It was easy to install & works great. It saved me from having to buy a new tv.

Extremely easy to install and the user interface / voice search functions are both excellent.

We had an older Roku and wanted to update. This Roku had some great upgrades but unfortunately the plug-in cord was too short to reach from our outlet to wall tv so had to return. Be great if they would make the electrical cord longer for new wall mounted tv’s that have to go into wall so as not to show.

This is the second one I bought so I have to say it is a great device! Easy to use and. Nice alternative to a more expensive Apple TV.

My several years old Roku had stopped letting me choose channels on Streaming services. This new Roku is working great.
