It was easy to install and I found the voice remote was a welcome feature I didn't have on my previous Roku. I do wish there was an easy way to get in contact with the Roku customer service with a question I had.

Nonetheless, it is cheaper than cable and after awhile you will get adapted to the channels you do get from streaming from the Roku device.
