Help with cable transition

In fact it seemed to install fine and then disappeared from TV and remote did not work well on a new Samsung Frame TV. I took it to an older Samsung and all went fine. But I still wouldn't give it a 5* until Roku changes software. It seems to me, if you already use Roku and have an account then when you add a new one it should load all the channels 'exactly' as you had them on the first device and not require you to move them all around.

Not a big deal, but limits compatibility with the TV remotes, meaning having to use two remotes. Otherwise the performance and form factor works well.
