Our Roku we had at home went out, and we have a Best Buy near us. Walked in and got a new one and was on my way out of thexstore with 15 minutes. Roke is easy to set up and it is still working great.

Wonderful item great geek squad service, fast and efficient . If you don’t have annual service I recommend it .

Though we have yet to find a better streaming device, Roku is mediocre. Every time we get a new one, its lifespan is just a bit shorter than the last. Our first one lasted 3.5 years, second lasted just more than 2, then 2, then 1, and the identical one just previous to this 8 months. Not much faith this one will last more than 8months… but so far, it works well. No overheating yet in week 1 of using it.

We bought Roku Streaming Stick 4K | Streaming Device with Voice Remote and Long-Range Wi-Fi - Black in Dec. 2021 to attach to our Sony XBR 4Kl 75" TV, and it worked OK till 7/2024 that the audio signal was completely gone, but the video signal is fine. After many diagnostic processes, we narrowed down 2 possibilities: Roku streaming stick or the HDMI port audio component of the Sony TV. So, we replace the Roku Streaming stick with Amazon FireTV Stick 4K Max yesterday, 7/26/2024. The missing audio signal is restored! That means the fault is squarely on the Roku 4K streaming stick. So, that Roku 4K streaming stick lasts only 2.7 years. The worst issue is that Roku doesn't have any live technical staff phone support AT ALL. Horrible, horrible, horrible when you try to talk to a live person to solve this audio or other technical problem. So, this failed Roku 4K streaming stick is in our garbage can now. Due to Roku's very low life expectancy (2.7 yrs) and a total lack of live tech support phone #, I highly recommend NOT to use Roku 4K streaming stick.

This device helped me turn my fire stick tv in to a tv that I could load Spectrum. Very easy to install!

I bought this to upgrade our ancient, original issue Roku when we cancelled the DISH and went to all streaming TV. My husband never could get it to work. I'm not sure if this was operator error or a bad product, so I only deducted half. He kept saying he was going to "work on it", and when I finally gave up on him ever doing it... the return window had expired. I misunderstood the extra time given to return something for 'Totaltech Members'. Now I'm stuck with a device and 2 remotes (because I also purchased the voice remote at the same time) that I suppose will end up being donated to charity.

Sales staff was excellent. Actually stopped someone who was stocking, who stopped what he was doing to get me a sales person. Also nice and treated me well, did not feel like I was an annoying customer. Nice. Still learning Roku but so far, so good.

Some how, of course it was no ones fault, our old Roku was broke when the tv was moved. A new Roku was the fix. Installation and set was quick and easy. The cost of the new unit was affordable. I would recommend Roku to anyone leaving cable and embracing streaming.

Seems to be a good product still learning with it. For some reason when my tv is off for a while when I turn my tv on the roku stick turns off so I need to turn the Ruko on manually. Not sure why ?

This item is easy to use and easy to install. It eliminates cable as i did. You still need internet.
