I left with a smile on my face! I'm a dinosaur in the world or technology, so the idea of having anything plugged into my TV confused me. The salesman was very patient and explained the device and what it does in language that even I could understand! Now that I'm "plugged-in" I spend more time in front of the TV than I should! ROKU is a low in cost but high in value!

I love this product. I also have an older Roku unit but the streaming stick is so much easier to install and use; eliminates the eliminates the extra HDMI cord, very easy to set up and provides more control with the remote unit. Will probably purchase another to replace my older Roku unit.

This item is great when it's working. Mine locks up and needs to reboot at least once daily, but after it reboots it seems to work ok. It acts like the memory got too full and just locks up. It will usually reboot on its own in about 1-2 minutes if I don't do anything or I can unplug it and reboot it to reset it. I bought this to throw in my backpack and take with me as a portable device while traveling so I don't find it as annoying, but I personally wouldn't want to use it as my primary watching device.

Roku streaming stick is very easy to set up and you can load the channels you choose and subscribe to without much difficulty.

Very easy to use and replaced my previous brand by Roku anywhere. Just 4 starts because I prefer the one with the wired headset. Much better if you need silence in the environment
