Roku 4k Streaming Stick Well Worth It

The Roku remote volume and mute buttons don't work well. Volume up or down can move in increments of 1, 2, 3 or 4 when I only want 1. The mute button will mute my tv fine but when I try to unmute it tries and then I have to press it again to unmute.

Posted .Hi Thom, Help is here! If you're having trouble with your Roku remote, try these steps: First, reset your Roku remote. If your remote has a pairing button, hold it on the back for 20 seconds. If your remote doesn't have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons for 20 seconds. Then, restart your Roku device, replace or recharge the batteries, and try to re-pair your voice remote to your streaming device.
