Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought Roku Streaming Stick 4K | Streaming Device with Voice Remote and Long-Range Wi-Fi - Black in Dec. 2021 to attach to our Sony XBR 4Kl 75" TV, and it worked OK till 7/2024 that the audio signal was completely gone, but the video signal is fine. After many diagnostic processes, we narrowed down 2 possibilities: Roku streaming stick or the HDMI port audio component of the Sony TV. So, we replace the Roku Streaming stick with Amazon FireTV Stick 4K Max yesterday, 7/26/2024. The missing audio signal is restored! That means the fault is squarely on the Roku 4K streaming stick. So, that Roku 4K streaming stick lasts only 2.7 years. The worst issue is that Roku doesn't have any live technical staff phone support AT ALL. Horrible, horrible, horrible when you try to talk to a live person to solve this audio or other technical problem. So, this failed Roku 4K streaming stick is in our garbage can now. Due to Roku's very low life expectancy (2.7 yrs) and a total lack of live tech support phone #, I highly recommend NOT to use Roku 4K streaming stick.

Actually stopped someone who was stocking, who stopped what he was doing to get me a sales person. Also nice and treated me well, did not feel like I was an annoying customer. Nice. Still learning Roku but so far, so good.
