Volume is an issue and did not pair correctly but will admit, it could be user. You still have to sign up for streaming platforms to get best use of device. I would not recommend to my friend because were old and we don't like streaming but was trying something new

I actually bought one for every tv in the house. Only complaint is that the remote has no numeric pad and that makes navigation slow.

I always Get my Electronics from Best Buy because of easy and fast way knowing that if anything was not 100 percent with it i never had a problem returning it for a nother one .. plus always have fair prices.

We actually like this stick the best (excluding the integrated television) because you can plug this directly into the hdmi and use the usb power cable to plug into the USB port on the tv. This keeps you from running cables down to an outlet. The 4k streaming is great. We have gigabyte xfinity internet and a powerful nighthawk router.

Otherwise, I am satisfied with the streaming stick. Sorry for not a better review. Not good at it anyway...
