I first thought not to get it, but your tv must be compatible for the spectrum app to work. The team helped me to secure the right tv and roku stick within my budget.

Chatting is considered the way to go. Getting a live person is much harder. We had to talk to someone in India to get live help.

There are plenty of streaming platforms to choose from. The Best Buy associates were very helpful in explaining the device to me. Would recommend this item.

I really like the stick version as it hides better than the other versions. I also enjoy that it can be connected to apple devices through airplay. However, as others have mentioned, the remote really consumes the battery and you have to replace them once a month; my solution was to avoid using the remote and use the roku app on my phone to control the tv.

Please be aware that if you are using private listening, it will typically drain the battery on your remote faster than when not being used. As a tip, always be sure to unplug your headphones when not in use as this will help conserve your battery.

I like them more than Fire Sticks. There's a more solid feel to their remotes, the heated stick is less, and the application choices vary (in a good way) from the Fire Sticks. Get the product when it goes on sale; makes buying several well worth it !

The up and down when using guide can only move one channel at the time instead of having a page button to review several channels at a time. Because of this the down and up button on my remote failed after only using 2 weeks. Had to return item.

As an 80-year old widow, it would be hard to keep up with all the high-tech devices and the internet. But the very helpful, friendly young guys are always there for you with good advice and suggestions. I'm also on the annual tech program with the Geek Squad.
