Also, closed captions are available only when the service provider (e.g., Netflix, The Roku Channel, or Hulu) includes them with their content. Calling support only resulted in a $46 charge and a barrage of emails trying to sell me other support services. After 2 days I was able to finish the installation and all is good.

Unfortunately I left it behind after using it on a vacation. This one seems to need to be reset on a regular basis. A problem that I didnt have before. Other than that glitch I am content for the most part.
