Great product but remotes are problematic.

The only issue is the remote seems to get disconnected a lot and sometimes it won’t connect at all. It’s good when it’s working but when you start having remote connectivity issues it can be a pain.

You can setup a roku account without a credit card by searching for "roku nocc" on google.
