2 of 12 defective but still my #1 device

Well worth the money. My only caveat will not that my only wish is that I could get local news that I get either over the air on my antenna or on cable. It may be there but I don't know how to access it

They were kind/respectful and patient. They did not make the customer(s) feel stupid because they did not know the correct questions to ask or completely grasp the answer(s). CON: It is very hard to get appointments on the day/time needed to have products services. Multiple trips to the store have to be made, resulting in too much time and expensive.
