The problem seems to be either with the remote or the size of the streaming stick or the way the stick fits in to the HTML of the LG older model not so"smart tv" so that it hits against the brace that holds the Tv to the wall in our sunroom. We have been frustrated because of that. Can we get a smaller flex HTML so the stick hangs down or to the side instead of straight back???

I wanted to watch some races in my camper but my TV does not let you add channels. I bought the ROKU and used my phone as a hotspot and was able to watch the race. Worked great!

Excellent product, I just got rid off Dish Net, no more monthly fees. In fact I bought 2 more Roku sticks.

It was pretty simple to set up and so far it seems to work good.

We bought this version because the rooms where we would be streaming from were far removed from the home router and we worried about streaming choppiness or freezing. This model was advertised to have extended WiFi range. We were not disappointed, the streaming is flawless with only a minor audio loss that only occurs once in a great while and only lasts for a second or two...As a plus the setup was very easy....

Roku has so much more content than Xfinity ever did. Plus, you can add as many streaming channels as you want. Cut cable! Wish we did it sooner.

When using the volumed control button the stop sound button is so close you end up deleting the sound as opposed to reducing the sound.

It works as intended my daughter loves it would definitely recommend to non smart tv owner

Compared to just an HD antenna that I was using it's great, but I'm still learning how to use it.

Have one on our living room TV and wanted to make things common by putting one on our bedroom TV Works as advertised, only wish that it was easier going between channels Bought it with Black Friday pricing so it was a great value

Worked fine for me I thought it might solve an audio problem I was having with my system but a better processor wasn't the problem so the device was redundant for me with my Samsung Q80R TV. BTW - It was a BB tech guy back in the television department that sold me the Roku and told me it was a processor problem with my TV that was causing the problem.

My smart TV was acting dumb so I elected to try ROKU. Quick and easy set-up. Can now get to my Prime viewing quickly. Occasionally have to reboot since it says my HDMI connection is bad but one click and I'm back in service. If it weren't for this I'd have given it 5 stars. So glad I cut my cable months ago....

Compared to the older version, this has more usable features like volume and power.

Good product. Replace one of the older Roku models. This has fewer cables, so it is a cleaner install.

This is an amazing product that allowed me to get rid of my cable box and save a huge amount on my monthly Spectrum bill, and all without buying a new tv.

Purchased during summer "Black Friday" sale event. Connectivity is fast with my WiFi. Need to have to get Apps with older 4k Smart TV.

I have Not been able to use this, But it is a needed item, as well as helpful for me to use. No doubt I'm glad Bestbuy had it in stock and I have no regrets about this purchase.
