Tried a factory reset, but now it's stuck on the remote pairing screen - nothing changes that. Tried to exchange/return it, but Best Buy's return window is smaller than other stores. Would've been great had it kept working.

Posted .Hello! Thanks for sharing your experience with us. For a quick fix, try resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the pairing button at the back of your remote for 20 seconds. If your remote doesn't have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons for 20 seconds. Then, restart your Roku device, replace or recharge the batteries, and re-pair your voice remote to your streaming device. Unfortunately I left it behind after using it on a vacation. This one seems to need to be reset on a regular basis. A problem that I didnt have before. Other than that glitch I am content for the most part.
