The one in the bedroom volume doesn’t go up or down or the mute button doesn’t work good. The one downstairs, the volume up or down or mute doesn’t work at all or the microphone doesn’t work at all. Very disappointed in both. If the remotes work I would be satisfied with the rest of the system.

Start by restarting your device and remote together, then repair your remote to your device, and always change your remote's batteries for a fresh set, just in case. The Roku streaming stick was worse. Not sure why. May be I have a weak wireless connection. Stopped using it.
