I like that I can use my earbuds with the app. If your phone Wi-Fi is mot the same that’s connected to your TV, it will not connect properly.

Mine locks up and needs to reboot at least once daily, but after it reboots it seems to work ok. It acts like the memory got too full and just locks up. It will usually reboot on its own in about 1-2 minutes if I don't do anything or I can unplug it and reboot it to reset it. I bought this to throw in my backpack and take with me as a portable device while traveling so I don't find it as annoying, but I personally wouldn't want to use it as my primary watching device.

So far it’s been working seamlessly with a lot of features. I hope it continues to work like this for a long time. I also wish this model was of a cheaper price. Roku will charge $10-$15 extra for one small upgrade from the previous model.
