Get the Roku, NOT the support

Calling support only resulted in a $46 charge and a barrage of emails trying to sell me other support services. After 2 days I was able to finish the installation and all is good.

I have to unplug and plug it back in. Other than that the product works good. I am not sure this is the Roku product’s fault or my Xfinity internet router’s issue
