    This is my first streaming stick. I chose the Roku since I was advised that it would work for my TV getting Spectrum streaming services. Installation instructions were pretty simple, and I downloaded the app as well, that had some FAQs that I used. I also used the Roku help live helpline that got me through some related issues I had that in the end was not due to the Roku. Easy to use, but I am still learning all the ins and outs of it.

    Great upgrade from older unit. Like the volume control (old one didn't have) mute is tricky but not a big deal.

    I am impressed with the upconversion to dolby vision, even old hd videos look great. I only give 4 stars because I wish it could show my recently viewed videos in one place from all sources like the TIVO does.
