Easy to hook up and all is going well. This is the third Roku we have on TV's in the house.

I don't have it operational yet. Am very angry with Roku. I captured the code with my iPhone and began entering my info. In large letters on the web site it said, WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOUR VISA CARD. So I merrily clicked on next to put in my name, address, et cetera. Next I get a notice from Capital One Visa that there was a pending charge for $45.95 on my card. Did I make the charge? NO said I! The charge was from dcmpl.com that I did NOT recognize. Little did I know that I FAILED to uncheck a small box that did this for some streaming music that I had not heard of and did not want. I left Capital One deactivate my care and issue me a new one which came in 5 days due to Christmas holiday. I investigated dcmpl.com that they were a 'no-name' 'suppoet' company helping Roku! So my bad, got the new card and spent a day change recurring charges and approve vendors to the new card. I was angry at Roku, thankful that Cap1 V was my watchdog, and then did know the truth in time to prevent getting a new card . I have a letter ready for Roku but no one will care.

3rd stick I have bought, this one replaces one that has been outdated

This is my first Roku product. Its ok i guess. I only bought it so i could get the Spectrum TV app which isnt on Sony TVs. It works for that but i do t use it otherwise.

Fantastic! A must to have works amazing.. Voice recognition works seemless!

the device itself works great. the only thing that might be an issue is the spot of the hdmi connection. seems a little unstable where it actually plugs in to the television.

Need for older model TV. I would recommend for anyone looking to upgrade a TV into a smart TV.
