Mandatory form of payment and Obstructive adds
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The adds in the the user interface are really annoying and there is no way to get rid of them . definitely stay away from this device unless you are someone who who rents and buys most of their digital content as opposed to using streaming services like netflix because all roku devices require you to have a form of payment just to be able to use it and it feels like roku is bating people into making accidental purchases by mixing paid and free content together and not having a confirm purchase popup message before transactions.

I have 4 Roku tvs and 3 of them , the remote does not work. Including this last one I bought several weeks ago. Called Roku support and there fix for all 3 was to go buy new remotes. Unexceptional!!

I tried to return the item but I had waited too long for my son to come and it was over the time allowed for a return.

No matter what button you push it will randomly go in the opposite direction. It’s infuriating, but you won’t be able to test it until you’ve spent the time to enter enter all of your streaming sources.
