Great way to breathe new life into an older TV. I use mine on an older non-smart full HD TV I keep in my home workshop. This makes it easy to put something on in the background while I'm working or look up tutorials on YouTube on a larger screen than my phone. It's nice that it's also 4K capable. If you have an older 4K smart TV with a dated or sluggish interface or limited app selection, this is a good option for accessing your content without worrying about buying a whole new TV. The interface is also pretty zippy for a compact piece of hardware. Overall this is a cost effective option for accessing your favorite entertainment and streaming platforms. The only issue some people might have is that you have to create a Roku account and a lot of apps work best when you link them to your account. If you don't mind working through those steps, then I would recommend this product.

On a very busy Black Friday, which i usually avoid, the staff at Best Buy was very helpful directing me to the area where the Rokus were located. I was in and out of the store quickly. The products themselves work very well and programming them was easy.

Nice update from our previous Roku. Easy to set up and the ability to no longer need remote vision is a nice plus. While it does plug directly into the HDMI port, it also requires access to a power outlet.

Amazing product. We cut the cable cord and have so many free choices. We pay for a few subscriptions but the free options are endless. Make sure you take time to open the multiple apps that come factory installed. We have 5 tvs, 4 phones, and 4 laptops all using standard WI-FI and very rarely have any bandwidth issues. Absolutely the best decision we have made. BYW, originally started using ROKU because we have a TV in the backyard without access to cable. Fell in love with the product and that’s why we changed all TVs to ROKU.

We had to replace an old Roku that tended to overheat. This one was simple to install, even uses the USB port on the tv for power. This allows it to remain completely hidden on back of tv, no wires showing. We don't use voice controls, used to just clicking on the remote, just like our old one.

Love it! I thought my 10+ year old smart TV was a goner. I could no longer update it or stream most apps but the Roku streaming stick gave it life! It’s like it’s brand new all over again.

Works great for watching NBA ticket, which is why I purchased it. Replaced an AppleTV Gen3 which would no longer do the NBA. I have an ancient Sony Bravia TV and the Roku can control volume and on/off for the TV as well. I plan to purchase another.

WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS FOR A FEW WEEKS AND LIKE ITS EASE OF USE....WE DO NOT DIG INTO ALL THE FEATURES.. THE VOICE COMMAND FEATURE IS PRETTY DECENT.
