Posted .Hi there, this doesn't sound right. We want to help. If you haven't already, unplug your Roku stick from power for a minute, then plug it back in to see if this clears up the issue. In addition, try replacing the HDMI cable connecting your Roku device to your TV, or connect the Roku device to a different HDMI port on your TV. We had a lot of trouble with a previous one, this seems to have cured the issues. BB was very helpful and gave us a credit on the return of the defective one.

I will say though sometimes an app (i.e. Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, etc.) may glitch every once in a while, but that might also have to do with some inclement weather I was experiencing where I live. Overall, I enjoy it and would definitely recommend.
