I tried to return the item but I had waited too long for my son to come and it was over the time allowed for a return.

This is the 2nd unit with the same problem. Tried many support/community suggestions including batteries, resets, cache clear, etc. but nothing helps. It's annoying every time I go to use it.

IMO no one can compete with Apple's ease of use and over all quality. Yes I realize the price difference if you can afford go Apple TV.

My favorite feature is that there is an F1TV App available. (AFAIK the only streaming device to offer this) The major issue is that the remote intermittently fails to communicate with the streaming stick. It still controls the TV Volume and I have tried with multiple sets of fresh batteries. Should have checked the online reviews as this is a common problem. The only solution is to reboot the stick which involves walking over to the tv, reaching behind it and pressing the reset button on the stick. It used to only happen when it had been off for a while but the final straw was today when it just stopped working while binge watching a series. Now that I’ve had it for 60 days I can’t return it. Should have listened to my wife and returned it when I had the chance.
