    I have an old 24” TV that ive had for years and it fully revitalized the Tv and the experience using it. The roku app also supports bluetooth so i can use my headpphones to watch whatever i want on a bigger screen

    I bought this several months ago and it is starting to not work. Unresponsive to the remote and delayed response when using the remote. I just took a look at the roku stick that plugs into the TV and see that it has a wrapper on it that says reconditioned. They absolutely presented this as brand new and even had all the packaging perfectly done like it was brand new. I reviewed my purchase and it still doesn't say anything about reconditioned or refurbished when I bought it. It was an online purchase pickWed up at a store.

    Actually works less effectively than the previous Roku streaming device I gave away, though this new one runs cooler. The main problem is the volume control; it is unreliable and volume gets stuck and will not move up or down. This is a known problem.

    We've had two of this product and several of the ROKU Express models. Overall, ROKU products are a pain in the butt! The stop working, they re-boot themselves and I've had to replace the remotes. Though it's the least amount of trouble when compared to the FireStick. Not one that I would personally recommend.

    Stopped working after 2 months. Best Buy won’t take it back because it’s past the return period and Ruku’s customer service sucks. They make it impossible to get a return authorization for warranty. If you are buying this product purchase the extended warranty or just buy a fire stick at least they have some type of customer support.

    Remote doesn't hold up.

    I keep having issues with the remote. Only works for a short while and then stops. Will be looking for a different brand next time.

    Wifi only usage

    Thought this device could be used with an ethernet cord, but found out it can only be used with wifi. For that reason I returned it.

    Its ok. Sometimes you have to pull it out to reset it. Because its a stick, that makes it harder to unplug and plug in.

    The last two streaming sticks I purchased have not been the greatest. No sure if they are not making them as well but I am having a lot of technical issues with the last two I purchased. Picture not showing up and I have to unplug and plug back up to get the picture when using the Roku. Could not return to store after 14 days so I was stuck with products.

    I bought this because its wireless connection allowed me to place a TV on a wall without calling the cable company or renting another box from them. So simple to connect a boomer can do it.

    Very portable for travel, works wih most TVs in hotel rooms and Air B&B's. Take your streaming services and credentials with you for ease of use without leaving a trace on your hotels tv.
