This is the 2nd unit with the same problem. Tried many support/community suggestions including batteries, resets, cache clear, etc. but nothing helps. It's annoying every time I go to use it.

Posted .Hi Jdoug, we'd like to offer some assistance! First, do you notice the jittery playback on 1 channel, such as Netflix/Hulu/Peacock, or does it happen across multiple channels?
If it's only on one channel, you'll want to try uninstalling the channel, restarting your Roku, and reinstalling the channel. If you're seeing this on multiple channels, you may want to check your display settings. Some customers noticed better streaming when changing the display from "Auto" to "4K @60 Hz" within your Roku player's settings.
It could also be due to a slow network caused by a poor wireless signal, issues with your router, or the quality of your internet service. Review the tips for improving the wireless connection to your Roku device here: https://support.roku.com/article/213122277.

Have to remove batteries in remote to wake up. Sometimes have to re-verify TV subscription (FIOS) to access certain channels. Works, but not great.
