    This roku item has a problem and roku customer service is terrible. I purchased the other 4k that is the small box and not the stick. The small box works better.

    It is hard to get what you would like to see on this stick. May be there is a better receiver in Roku but they need to explain more. Also, software update and linking to internet if you change the service provider is not that intuitive.

    ROKU is da bomb - remote is great!

    These new ROKU sticks are amazing they have volume control onthe side so you can use it for any TV and it also sleeps and comes right back up when you shut the TV off. Just makes my cheap bedroom TV work....highly recommend.

    Did not work with my TV. I had it for less than 15 days. The day before returning it, it disconnected from my internet, the remote wouldn't allow me to reconnect or reset it.

    Remote Control Failure

    I like Roku, however, the remote control broke after 5 months. It was replaced in a timely manner under warranty. Not sure how long this remote will last, but I don't remember ever having a remote control go bad on any other device that I have used. The remote control costs as much as I paid for the entire streaming stick package that I bought on sale.

    was not worth the extra 50 over the reg unit... and did not work shortly after purchase. Very disappointed.

    Streaming Stick is questionable

    We like Roku, but the Streaming Stick design doesn't fit some of our TVs that have horizontal HDMI port connections.

    The product lagged a lot straight out of the gate. I contacted support and was told the product had updates the manufacturer was sorting through within 24 hours. I waited 2 days just because I like to give a little leeway and it still was not operating smoothly.

    I have an old 24” TV that ive had for years and it fully revitalized the Tv and the experience using it. The roku app also supports bluetooth so i can use my headpphones to watch whatever i want on a bigger screen

    Malfunctioning remote

    The remote doesn't always work once you press on. On has to be pressed a second time. The volume malfunctioned. I put it on mute and had a difficult time getting it to return to sound. I put in new batteries, but the issues persisted.

    I bought this several months ago and it is starting to not work. Unresponsive to the remote and delayed response when using the remote. I just took a look at the roku stick that plugs into the TV and see that it has a wrapper on it that says reconditioned. They absolutely presented this as brand new and even had all the packaging perfectly done like it was brand new. I reviewed my purchase and it still doesn't say anything about reconditioned or refurbished when I bought it. It was an online purchase pickWed up at a store.

    Thought this device could be used with an ethernet cord, but found out it can only be used with wifi. For that reason I returned it.
