The big problem is the sounds varies greatly from channel to channel. For example, you can barely hear Hulu through the Roku, but it is fine through the Samsung app.

Remote would not work anymore and troubleshooting could not help fix the problem. Roku is now in a bag waiting to go to the Goodwill store.

To check, you can Press Home>Network>Check Network Connection. Additionally, make sure that your device has the latest software version. If the streaming device is connected to the TV, try plugging it directly into the power source to check if the device is receiving sufficient power. Also, please try to do a system restart. Better than firestick

They work when they want to because the signal isn't strong enough to go behind tv screen. Very frustrating to throw $150 away as I can't return them in spite of never using them.

Which means all the bit and pieces were suppose to be there. They were not all there., I new this was a minimal performance model but it is frustratingly slow
