Won't connect properly and i keep getting an error that says the display resolution isnt accepted. Do not buy this unless you have a 4K tv

We'd recommend trying another HDMI port on your TV, or trying another TV to ensure that the original port is working as intended. You may want to try a different HDMI cable (shorter than 6 feet long). If you haven't already, be sure to try the HDMI cable and power cord that come included with your player as not all cables are created equally.
In order to view content at the best and highest resolution, ensure that your Roku player's display settings are set to Auto-detect.

Defective. Reaching Roku to activate an exchange under the manufactures warrant was impossible. Must now make a special trip to the nearest Best Buy to return and, hopefully, exchange for one that works.

Despite many sets of new batteries, it just doesn't work at all at this point. I reported it to Roku, who seemed uninterested. I'm returning the stick.
