    Would be 0 stars, if possibe. Out of the box new, would not activate, link, or pair, even after hour + on phone with customer support. Throwing it in the trashcan. Roku never again for me. Going to Firestick, they at least include hdmi extender in thier box.

    Would not install Netflix -- spent hours on my own and then another hour with a geek squad guy and still could not load or install Netflix... Had to return it.

    It’s ok but to slow and laggy i press the button to play and 3 more more seconds later it plays.

      When using a Roku Streaming Stick style player, sometimes wireless interference from the HDMI connector can impact the performance of your remote. Try moving it away from the HDMI connector on your TV by installing an extension cable—we offer them for free here https://my.roku.com/hdmi.

    If you have an older flat screen this thong is junk! Won't connect properly and i keep getting an error that says the display resolution isnt accepted. Do not buy this unless you have a 4K tv

      Hi there, we'd like to help! Please know that our players are designed to work with any TV that has an HDMI port.

      We'd recommend trying another HDMI port on your TV, or trying another TV to ensure that the original port is working as intended. You may want to try a different HDMI cable (shorter than 6 feet long). If you haven't already, be sure to try the HDMI cable and power cord that come included with your player as not all cables are created equally.

      In order to view content at the best and highest resolution, ensure that your Roku player's display settings are set to Auto-detect.

    Defective Roku Remote

    The remote on this Streaming Stick 4K Streaming Device did not work. Defective. Reaching Roku to activate an exchange under the manufactures warrant was impossible. Must now make a special trip to the nearest Best Buy to return and, hopefully, exchange for one that works.

    The remote started working intermittently with a week of purchase. Despite many sets of new batteries, it just doesn't work at all at this point. I reported it to Roku, who seemed uninterested. I'm returning the stick.

    I just purchased this streaming stick in March and already it is not working. A waste of $54. Now I need to go a purchase another one because this one is out of warranty!!!!!!!!!!

    Stick would not fit on any of our tvs So had to return and purchased a Roku Ultra 4K/HDR/Dolby Vision Streaming Device and Voice Remote Pro with Rechargeable Battery instead which works great
