    Stopped working after 33 days, Of course BestBuy’s window for returns is 14 days. Not returnable.

    Roku stick works great on my phone, however I'm not able to bring up the menu on my LG TV. Probably will have to return it.

    4K doesn't show in 4k

    This product advertises displaying 4k content in 4k but this is not the case. I have a 4k Netflix subscription and even after adjusting settings, shows in HD not 4k.

    Remote will not recognize any TV brand

    The remote does not configure to control on/off or volume for any TV brand. It simply does not recognize any input. It works the same as the most low cost Roku available. Do not buy this product.

    Every time you turn the tv off, the Roku shuts off. You have to unplug then plug in the Roku to get it to start working. Every time. I know someone who said the same thing.

    Salesperson sold me on purchasing by telling me how easy installation was. He misspoke. It was a mess. I cannot recommend. I relied on his expertise and the integrity of Best Buy

    I got tired of having to reinstall it on my fire tv so I tried to return it. I couldn’t. The told me to call Roku. Forgot that plan.

    The product was not working, had to send back and got one from another source. This had the appearance of having been a used product the packaging looked to have been opened/

      In the meantime, we recommend trying a different HDMI port or doing the setup portion on a different TV to isolate the issue. Additionally, the device can be plugged into your TV's USB port for power or a wall outlet. If you currently use the TV as your power source, try plugging the device into a wall outlet instead. Finally, ensure your remote has a fresh set of new batteries, just in case. We hope that this gets you up and streaming soon!
