    Good Wifi performance, but I get constant errors (Error 020) and went back to using my older model

    Could not get it to install on HDTV. Believe is was because HDMI port on Television was only a 2.0 and not a 2.2 that it mentioned in one part of the brochure

    Roku 4K device Fails Completely after 17 Days

    I purchased this item on July 2, 2023. It stopped working today and Best Buy said they only have a 15 day return so I have to contact Roku. That is also a disaster. You can't call them. Everything is done through email. This is my second one to fail. I have never had any issues with the Firestick.

    I installed this per the instructions that came in the package. I have to unplug it wait a few minutes to plug it in for it to come on. The volume does not work. it's like it is permanently muted.

    Item defective after 15 days literally a day after the return period ended. Wi-Fi disconnects constantly and the remote won’t work unless I reset the Roku. Buy a fire stick instead

    I can't say anything yet ... I need help getting Roku on my TV. I contacted them yesterday and they want $1. to start and then $55./year. They put it on my card right away and I got a call from the card company regarding fraudulent transaction (?). I cancelled that, and so far NO ROKU SERVICER!

    We went thru 2 of these units and they did not work out. Worked fine for a few days/weeks, then would shut off and we could not re-boot them and have them stay on. Did all of the suggested fixes including an HDMI extension, but still shut off. Had pretty good reviews and that is why we went with it, but it did not perform for us. Was on a 40" Sony with good air circulation.
