    had to return this item because the TV was not far enough away from the wall -- got a ROKU that has as usb plug with cord (4K +)

      In the meantime, we recommend trying a different HDMI port or doing the setup portion on a different TV to isolate the issue. Additionally, the device can be plugged into your TV's USB port for power or a wall outlet. If you currently use the TV as your power source, try plugging the device into a wall outlet instead. Finally, ensure your remote has a fresh set of new batteries, just in case. We hope that this gets you up and streaming soon!

    Always Freezes, Disconnects From Wifi

    always freezes on the main screen. have to unplug the power and restart it every time i want to watch tv. also it constantly disconnects from the wifi.

    It’s good. My older Rokus are better. The home page has giant ads which mean the icons are small. Half the screen is an ad.
