The item works well. I have several other ROKUs and I am just hoping that I am not going to be forced to by more to keep using the ROKU services.

We didn't purchase the streaming stick. We purchased the Ultra 4K streaming device. We like it very much! We have 3 Roku devices in our motorhome and 5 Roku devices in our home. We wouldn't use anything else.

Most hotel room's don't have a smart tv which is why this device is perfect if you like to travel or if your tv is old.

After I got 'this' installed, I held onto my current WiFi and when I could not get computer e-mail, etc, I reconnected my Xfinity WiFi. I do not like having to go to the computer to reconnect NBC, ABC, etc shows.

Directions were clear and easy for me a senior. I get many more channels now than I did before. Great little item that I may update later. Thanks Best Buy!

Totally love it. My only wish is should of gotten it sooner. It makes a whole lot of difference don’t have to put up volume on television. Excellent choice!

Works like a charm. Replaced my old one which needed batteries. This is rechargeable and so much better. Nothing worse than a remote that doesn’t work!
