    Works as it suppose to. Little delays on booting and taking signals from the remote.

    Bad system for multiple tvs

    I like how nice they are BUT. I have each room upstairs with them on each tv and if i turn one on the other tv turn on or off and there is no way of contscting roku

    Sometimes it is hard to navigate where you want to go, but it is getting better. Compared to our cable company, Spectrum, I would rate it a 5 star.

    Item works fine, but many of the streaming channels are bot available in Puerto Rico. For example, Paramount Plus, Motortrend, Pluto.

    My Roku Stick experience

    I purchased the stick about a year ago, I have never been able to get it to work, I tried it on another TV, no luck. Roku couldn't help me, they just gave up I guess after several communications. I have another Roku device, not stick, on another TV and it works great! My other TV is a Roku TV, no problems there. Wondering what I could "create" with this useless stick -

    Wifi wont stay connected, free trials dont work.

    Will not stay connected to wifi. Customer support from roku or best buy weren't helpful at all. Both continually tell you to reset your wifi over and over even thought every other device in the house has zero issues. Also thw "free 3 months" of apple tv or any other offer will not work. Again no help from either support team.

    Remote doesn't respond to voice commands, aggravating to operate due to small size and too few button to navigate makes it irritating to operate, If you want to read the info for a show or movie from the menu you have to push to many buttons instead of having 1 button with info to push. Streaming freezes up on occasions spend more time trying to find something to watch navigating the menu, same movies are listed in too many catagories like will be listed under drama, comedy, and scifi. Need to streamline for easier access and modify the remote

    Didn’t work with my Denon Receiver

    Best Buy associate said it would. They need to retrain them. Works great with samsung tv but no way to send audio through Denon AVRS760

    Got this as an upgrade to our Roku Express. Unfortunately, it was a defective right out of the box. Kept saying the wireless internet adapter wasn't connected. Sadly, I had to return it. I got a Roku Express 4K+ instead and it works perfectly.

    They force you to create an account which is annoying, then they force you to put in your credit card information as the only way to use this device. So if you don't have credit information, then you will have to not watch TV. I get it they want a farm information, but give people a way to escape it or opt out. Microsoft's doing the same nonsense
