    not having streeming before having a tough time figuring out how to use the stick and I'll probably just keep it through the holidays. and since I used over my 50 characters for my review and it's still not enough. and you cannot just punch a channel number and be a the station you want

    Hard time picking up wifi

    Wheres the return this item option? It only picks up the wifi signal if it decides to while my phone picks up the wifi no problem in the same spot. No remote replacement available on the stick version either.

      If your router and Roku device both support 5GHz, you could also try connecting to the 5GHz wireless network for improved network strength.     Geek Squad Screwed Up!

    I can’t use it. Geek Squad installed it but all I get is the screen and that’s it! The remote doesn’t work or Roku isn’t installed right, don’t know which!!!

    the device wouldn't fit into the plug in the back of my TV, which has an odd indentation where the various types of devices gets plugged into Insignia TV).

    Doesn’t work as intended. There are cheaper remotes that do the same job. I have two Roku Remotes and neither work with this remote. However, it does work with my Philips television.

    Unable to get it synchronized with my new tv. Lots of frustration and repeated attempts. Too late to return so will try to sell it on Craigslist.
