Received nicely packaged and in good working order. Easy to install and set up. Able to access desired channels. Only complaint is not being able to easily set up favorite channels so will have to rely on “recent” listings. Otherwise, very satisfied with the product and the Best Buy purchase experience,

Easy to use. Both the remote and the layout are intuitive. Works so well that when it went on sale I got another one for second TV. If you have older TV that is not already equipped with app access this is compact, invisible, easy solution

Its such a good device. The plus point is that it allows you to stream and mirror directly from any Apple device. Something that is lacking on many smart Tvs and on the chromecast.

This is a must have item if you love to stream all types of shows across so many platforms! Our whole family really loves it since we all have different tastes in shows so there's something for everyone to watch when you have a roku!

Very easy to install. Roku OS for TV is very easy to use. Prefer it over most smart TV OS.

Great 4K Quality and the Dolby Vision HDR looks so good on my TV with this. The remote is great and I press one button and im instantly in Netflix! $50 is a steal for this! It should be worth more! Very Easy to setup as well

Fantastic! Streaming is not for everyone. And for a long time I did not think it was for me. But problems with Spectrum we’re going to lead to an expensive problem. Possibly replacing my television. But, after a fantastic conversation with one of the sales people I was directed to get a Roku. Fantastic. Easy to set up, easy to use.

Set up was easy and for the pice its a good platform. Unfortunately the Xfinity app is not working in it and that's the primary reason it was purchased.

I have purchased of these for myself and for gifts over the years. They work great, and you can get The Roku Channel for free also which has a good lineup of free movies and TV every month. Don’t get the “Express” version though - they freeze up and buffer. I always bump up to a higher level version like this and they’re awesome. $39.99 on sale, Reg $49.99 but worth it.

Easy setup! Really helpful with the Long-Range Wi-fi since I have satellite internet service.
