I like it it was fairly inexpensive and it’s a lot better than spending $10 a month on charter spectrum equipment. The only drawback I have with it is that it doesn’t have numeric keys are in it to tighten the channel you want to see, you have to page all the way up in all the way down to find anything

I was nervous about getting a Roku but it was Quick and easy to use! Works great.

I had bought a tv that had a problem with the native OS so the streaming apps wouldn’t work properly. Issue was instantly negligible once we used the Roku. And it’s easy set up and use. 10/10

I love my Roku stick with remote. Very easy to install and I love the endless choices of content. Just what I needed can't figure what took me so long to purchase it.

Just had to upgrade. So not new to Roku. Continue to enjoy streaming. Unlimited entertainment.

Once I got this thing set up, it works great. There are no written instructions that come with the unit beyond follow the instruction on the screen. If you can't get to the screen, you are screwed In setting up, I found Roku provides no tech support where you can talk to a real human. And Best Buy support is a referral to a pay for service website. So if you are looking for help, don't count on Roku or Best Buy. If you sign in to Roku, there are a few trouble shooting suggestions but the range of topics is very limited. It is a great device, just good luck on set up. My problem was in getting the device paired with the TV. I found the procedure on the Roku website support.

I didn't know how easy it would be to setup a second Roku device until I purchased this one. Because I have a Roku account, everything copied over for easily.

Works great! Remote is great! So easy to navigate UTube with it.

Product generally works well. ONE PROBLEM - because this is not an Amazon product, subscribed services that I signed up for earlier under Amazon Prime cannot be accessed from the Roku main menu. I have to first select Amazon Prime, then find Paramount under that, for instance. The top-level Paramount menu selection does not work on my Roku. This can be confusing.

This was a great purchase for my family, I ditched the cable box.

Roku has a learning curve like any other new system. The control is easy to use and it was easy to set up on the TV. I wish the volume and mute buttons were on front instead of on the side. You pick up the remote and wind up hitting the mute button almost every time.

Great value! Installation took only 5 minutes, including time to read the instructions. Performs exactly as advertised. Now we just have to decide which of the hundreds of channels to watch!

What can I add? It's a typical Roku product. Excellent device to take with you if you want. I still wish they would offer a way to change the dedicated buttons on the remote for streaming services, though. It's too random and hard to find the ones I use. Overall, a great device.
